My Fitness Journey

Gym has been my second home for years, a place where I’ve built strength, resilience, and self-confidence ✨
Prioritizing my health has always been key, and the next logical step was becoming a certified trainer.
Certification wasn’t just about fitness — it was about mindset.
Throughout my journey, I’ve learned that a strong mindset is just as important as physical strength.

Beyond Gym Workouts

Along with gym training, I also offer alpine skiing instruction and outdoor sessions.

  • How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
    I guide my clients toward their goals gradually, step by step, increasing the intensity as they progress. My method is focused on gradually acclimating the body to the workload without causing stress to the system. We aim to ensure that workouts and any associations with them bring positive emotions. Moreover, I develop a personalized program for each client, focusing on their needs, taking into account their preferences, and excluding any unwanted exercises from the program. This approach guarantees that the client will stay motivated over the long term, allowing not only the achievement of the desired physical shape but also avoiding setbacks in the future.
  • Why should I choose you as a trainer?
    I have been involved in sports and working out in the gym for most of my life, and I understand how the body works, not only in theory but also in practice. Even though I’ve been in great physical shape for most of my life, after having a child, I faced the challenge of gaining weight, just like many other mothers. From personal experience, I know what works and what doesn’t on the journey to building your dream body. I’m here to share my knowledge and personal experience with my clients.
  • What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
    Success in any endeavor doesn't come instantly. It's a long way. Don't set huge goals for yourself; instead, take small steps every day. If you want to change your body or your life, it's important to train your body and mind to adapt to gradual changes without stress. Step by step.
  • What do you love most about your job?
    Transformations! There's nothing more rewarding than not only witnessing the results of my work firsthand but also seeing the joy in my clients' eyes. I don't just promote sports and fitness; I guide people toward a healthy and active lifestyle that inspires them to reach new heights, whether in their career, personal life, or other goals.
  • Who is this program designed for?
    The program is tailored individually. I provide a personalized approach and flexible conditions based on your specific needs.
  • I'm a beginner and have never worked with a personal trainer before. I'm not sure if this is right for me.
    No problem! I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My programs are designed to help you feel confident and supported, regardless of your experience level. We'll start with your goals, assess your current fitness level, and build a plan that’s tailored just for you.
  • I don't have access to a gym. How can I work out?
    I customize exercises to fit your environment. For clients who don't train at a gym, I select only those exercises that can be performed at home. However, I recommend purchasing some equipment for more effective workouts.
  • How it works​?
    Choose a program that suits your needs and pay for it using your preferred payment method. After that, you'll gain access to a convenient mobile app, where your workout program and all related information will be available. Please carefully review the program packages and what is included in them.​
